Digger (2026)

this movie turned me into a republican.

00:10 - "This movie is dogshit but maybe funny dogshit??"

00:45 - "Hold on maybe this twist will save everything"

00:90 - "You know what maybe I've been too harsh on this movie I've watched 2 people out of the 12 people in this theater walk out and it's discount wednesday so they only paid $8 for this but genuinely I dunno why you wouldn't just stick it out, it's not that bad at least everyone in it is a good actor....sure, it has spent the last hour and change just repeating the same dogshit but..."

anyways the main theme of this movie is rich men shouting "I have cancer in my asshole that's why the world has cancer in its asshole", nothing is to be done about this of course but you can at least watch Fossil Fools (that's the name of the in-movie satire play about said rich men) and laugh, right??

I actually liked Birdman so I'm surprised I bounced off this so hard. there are certainly good parts in it I think, some laughs and the entire movie itself I think has some beautiful shots, but....come on man....
