Question for nerds: If Captain Man from Henry Danger was in any other universe, and the writers took the character seriously, would he be overpowered?

In the show Henry Danger, Captain Man's power is durability. He's so durable that he was once at the core of a nuclear missile and was fine afterward. If this power was consistent, wouldn't he be way too overpowered?
